Edinburgh based duo, Visa Baby, are the latest addition to the indie pop world. Comprising of Sam and Scott Gowen, the father and son duo bring a youthful fusion of 70s US pop and 50s rock and roll.

The talent on display is apparent from the offset with Scott's melodic, bluesy rifts which continue throughout the bands debut single Astera Mon. Sam's vocals hold their own against the rocky guitar, fresh and with the hints of an accent, it is the perfect pop voice. Heavily influced by bands like Television, it'll only take a few listens before you're sucked in by it's fun pop sensibilites.
Already with radio play on Vic Galloway's BBC Scotland show, three singles scheduled for release this year and a variety of live shows planned be sure to keep an eye out for these guys in the future.
