Let us introduce Certificates, a 4-piece rock band from Coatbridge who’ve just released a massive anthem in the form of Heart Attack. Since it dropped last Friday (2nd Nov) we’ve been completely hooked.
The impact is instant, as the opening barrage of classic riffs, solos and deep vocals grabs you immediately, before it's all turned up to eleven for a rip-roaring chorus.
The track sounds familar, yet fresh, impressively managing to carve a niche in today's busy music scene. There is of course a little nod towards iconic bands like Kiss and AC/DC, the fun side of rock, but with less face paint and duck walking.

There’s no getting away from it, these young rockers have nailed it at the first attempt, sure they have no doubt been honing this track for a while and the production is bang-on, but nevertheless, it’s fucking epic.
To celebrate this debut release, they played a ground-shaking performance downstairs at the infamous Broadcast on the same Friday, supporting fellow newcomers Bad Hombres. You can catch Certificates next play Glasgow on the 16th of Dec as part of the Good//Careful All Dayer. Don’t Miss Out!
