They say good thing comes to those who wait, like a carefully crafted pint of Guinness or maybe that follow up single to one of your favourite debuts from last year!?

In early 2018 Cardiff-based indie newcomers, BUTE, first toured Glasgow and Edinburgh after releasing the terrific 'Can You Hear Me Now?' now, almost 10 months later we're treated to 'Rest Assured'.
The self-produced follow up has the same heavier-indie feel as it opens with pounding drums and jaggy riffs - before breaking out in a funky groove, giving the lads time for a breather before launching into a relentless chorus.
With each passing breakdown you can hear the underlying frustration boiling over in frontman, Luke Williams, strong vocal performance as he laments going stir-crazy, stuck on life's hamster wheel.
lnfluences shine though from Arctic Monkeys, BRMC and most notably Aussie legends, The Vines. If that's not a recipe for success, then I don't know what is.
After playing with the likes of The Blinders, Himalayas and name checked in a number of "ones to Watch" in 2019 including This Feeling, Radio X and Fred Perry Sub-culture - we are hoping for further releases and another jaunt up North! ~ DC
